Custom Order Process:
1.Send Photos of Your Pet: Upload fine or Email clear, sharp photos that highlight your pet’s unique features. Include:front、back、left side、right side、head up、head down etc. Multiple photos are encouraged to help me understand their personality better.
Tip: Please send high-resolution photos (not compressed) for the best results.
No Commitment Required: Sharing photos doesn’t obligate you to purchase—it’s just the first step.
2.After placing your order, we will create a rendering of your design to confirm the overall layout with you.
3. Once the layout is approved, we will hand-build a diorama for your final confirmation.
4. Upon receiving your approval, we will schedule your order for production.Your 3D desktop ornament will take 1-2 weeks to complete. If you have a special deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
5. When the item is finished, we will send you photos of the final product for your review and confirmation.
6、After your confirmation, we will arrange the shipment of your custom piece.
