We want every UrnForBeloved customer to feel that they have made the right choice of an urn or memorial product for a loved one. We want you to feel satisfied when the product arrives -- that the item is even better than you expected. If you want to return or exchange an item, please do not hesitate to contact the UrnForBeloved team for kind and caring assistance.

Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we offer a free replacement of the same item and send it as soon as possible。Please also offer directions for returning the damaged urn to us as well as. This must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Occasionally UPS or FedEx require one of their associates to view the damage claimed before returning the products to us, in which case we would ask that you hold onto the urn before sending it back to us.

To initiate an exchange, please contact service@urnforbeloved.com and include your order number.

90-Day Refund Policy

UrnForBeloved will take back or exchange any product for any reason within 90 days of the purchase.

The only exceptions to our returns policy are:

· We cannot take back an item that has had any ashes placed in it.

· We cannot take back an item that has been personalized with direct engraving.

· The goods were received damaged but no return application was submitted within 7 days

UrnForBeloved will provide the full amount after deducting the shipping cost

Return and Refund Process

· All return requests must be sent to service@ UrnForBeloved.com for authorization.

· A Sales Return Authorization must be included in the return shipment. Returns without prior authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee (up to $25 per item).

· Shipping charges are non-refundable.

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure proof of delivery.

· Package items carefully in original packaging if possible. If not, we ask that you please take care to provide padding/cushion to the items. This is very important as you will not be refunded if products are returned damaged.

· Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund and send a confirmation email. Depending on your banking institution, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds for Incorrectly Engraved Items

If the urn was engraved incorrectly we will inspect the cause of the incorrect engraving. If it is deemed incorrect on UrnForBeloved part, we will issue a refund. If, however the issue falls on the customers text and art submission we cannot grant the refund.  

It is always important to double check the information that you have submitted to be engraved. Taking extra precaution in spelling, proper capitalization, correct dates, and grammar. We do our best to always look for these mistakes submitted but ultimately, we are only responsible for engraving what you submit.
