Different product orders require different production times and delivery times. In order for you to receive the product as soon as possible, we ship it from China by air. After the express arrives in the country, it will be delivered by local express transportation companies such as UPS or USPS. Please reserve enough time to meet this wonderful expectation.

 All orders are processed from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm China time. We can arrange to process your order on Saturdays and Sundays. The courier company in your country may not work on Saturdays and Sundays, so please reserve time. We are not responsible for the time delay caused by this.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@urnforbeloved.com with your name and order number.

 UrnForBeloved cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather), a mistake by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, or other such circumstances that are beyond our control.
