Urn Carving and personalization
Our urn products support personalized customization.
For ceramic urns with patterns on the surface, we can provide customized accessory tags, including cowhide, brass and titanium steel. The engraving process is laser engraving, and the customer only needs to provide text information.
For ceramic urns with solid color and no patterns on the surface, we can support laser engraving services on the product surface. The customer only needs to provide patterns and text. In addition to laser engraving, we provide UV transfer services.
The difference between laser engraving and UV transfer
Laser engraving is mostly laser etching, which uses a focused laser beam to evaporate the surface of the workpiece at high temperature to form a pattern. The pattern after laser engraving is permanent and has excellent corrosion resistance.
The basic working principle of UV transfer is to use ultraviolet light to quickly solidify the special ink on the transfer material, thereby completing the image transfer process. This technology not only ensures the fineness and vividness of the image, but also has high durability. UV transferred images can be preserved for more than 10 years in a normal room environment. If they are exposed to wind, sun and rain outdoors, the image is usually retained for less than 2 years.
Wooden or bamboo urns, with solid color or no pattern surface, can provide personalized content customization through laser engraving and UV transfer.
In addition, some of our wooden urns support the insertion of photos.
For pet urns, our products also support text information customization, and some wooden urn products support the insertion of photos.
For engraved text fonts, we provide fifteen fonts to choose from. Click the picture to view the font effect.
