Custom Order Process:
1.Send Photos of Your Pet: Upload fine or Email clear, sharp photos that highlight your pet’s unique features. Include: front、back、left side、right side、head up、head down etc. Multiple photos are encouraged to help me understand their personality better.
Tip: Please send high-resolution photos (not compressed) for the best results.
2. Place Your Order: Once you’re ready, simply add the listing to your cart and complete the checkout process.
3. After placing your order, we will create a rendering of your design to confirm the overall layout with you.
4. After the layout is approved, we will hand-carve the 3D wax mold for your final confirmation.
5. Upon receiving your approval, we will schedule your order for production. Your 3D Silver Pet Pendant will take 1-2 weeks to complete. If you have a special deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
6. Once finished, I’ll email you a photo of the completed painting for your approval.
7. Shipping: After your approval, your 3D Silver Pet Pendant will be carefully packaged and shipped.
