Custom Order Process:
1.Please send one or two photos of your pet to our customer service email address(service@urnforbeloved.com). Customer service will provide a quote upon receiving the photos. Quotation Rules: If your custom pet image is similar to an existing product, we will make minor adjustments to the quote and email you the quote and production timeline. These products are typically completed and shipped within 7 days. If your custom pet image differs significantly from an existing product, we will also email you the quote and production timeline. These products typically take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
2.If you accept our quote, please follow our steps and work together to create a perfect piece.
Send Photos of Your Pet: Upload fine or Email clear, sharp photos that highlight your pet’s unique features. Include: front、back、left side、right side、head up、head down etc. Multiple photos are encouraged to help me understand their personality better.
Tip: Please send high-resolution photos (not compressed) for the best results.
3. Place Your Order: Once you’re ready, simply add the listing to your cart and complete the checkout process.
4. After placing your order, we will create a rendering of your design to confirm the overall layout with you.
5. After the layout is approved, we will hand-carve the 3D wax mold for your final confirmation.
6. Upon receiving your approval, we will schedule your order for production. Your 3D Silver Pet Pendant will take 2-3 weeks to complete. If you have a special deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
7. Once finished, I’ll email you a photo of the completed painting for your approval.
8. Shipping: After your approval, your 3D Silver Pet Pendant will be carefully packaged and shipped.
Display products (non-customized) can be ordered directly and shipped within 7 days. Customized products require a quote based on the photos provided, and the price is approximately $199-$299.
